Kann keinen Account machen

Sry die Frage is vieleicht bescheuert aber ich kann im Multiplayermodus nicht mal einen Account erstellen. Steht nur ganz kurz was von Verbindung herstellen oder so was (geht zu schnell) und dann das kein Account erstellt werden konnte. Kann mir jemand weiter helfen????
