Multiplayer geht nicht

Wenn ich bei Anno 1701 auf Mehrspieler mache, kommt die Mitteilung ,,Game Spy bietet diesen Service nicht mehr an", und ich kann nicht ins Internet(mein PC ist einwandfrei und ich habe mich registriert etc.)
Wäre schön, wenn jemand eine Lösung wüsste, da ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, das bei so einem beliebten Spiel einfach der Mehrspielermodus gestrichen wird!

Danke, ist mir aber etwas zu kompliziert. Habe mir aber Anno 1404 gekauft und bin begeistert. Ich denke, ich hole mir das Add-on Venedig.
Hoffentlich funktioniert da der Multiplayer-Modus einwandfrei ohne Zusatz-Installationen. Einen Ubi-Soft Account habe ich schon:)
